LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LICENSE TAKER:
Name: ______________________
Street: ______________________
Village: ___________________________ State: _______ Zipcode: _______
Country: ______________________
AND THE LICENSEE:
Georg Wallmann (aka Mulle KybernetiK)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
NAUDIO is a copyrighted product by Mulle KybernetiK. NAUDIO
encompasses all the object and include files provided with the library
plus the documentation. The demo programs, samples and modules DO NOT
fall under this copyright. Permission is granted to the license taker
to use this library in his programs provided that the following rights
of the licensee are not impaired:
a) the license taker may not, without prior written permission, provide
an interface to the NAUDIO library, that renders the library open for
third parties to use. Therefore you may not create a resident version
of NAUDIO, which provides NAUDIO functionality to other users than
the license taker. (#1#)
b) the data, object code, documentation and other information provided by
Mulle Kybernetik must not be disclosed to third parties.
c) the copyright of the NAUDIO library remains by the licensee. Permission
is granted to the license taker, to use NAUDIO in an unlimited number
of freeware programs. Permission is also granted to use the NAUDIO
library in ONE commercial effort, regardless of this being shareware,
begware or conventionally distributed software. (#2#) The latter
'runtime'-license is only valid for Atari computers applications and
not game consoles!
d) the license taker must not place a NAUDIO application into the public
domain. A NAUDIO application is always at least freeware, to preserve
the rights of Mulle KybernetiK.
e) the license taker understands that Mulle KyberntiK can not
guarantee the fitness of this library for its purpose, nor the error
freeness of the library. The licensee can not be made responsible for
any damage incured by the use or the inability to use NAUDIO.
f) the NAUDIO copyright note remains unaltered in all produced binaries.
(#1#) An example would be a TRAP handler, that allows calls of NAUDIO
routines. Another example would be a MiNT driver for digital audio.
(#2#) The license taker can buy permission for additional library usage
for a small additional fee.
Yes I want to order the NAUDIO library for the Atari, I have read and
understood the licensing agreement and will abide to its terms.
